Personal Data Processing Policy
1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to shellhappybody.com (the “Site”) are processed and protected.
1.2. The personal data operator is Anastasia Igorevna Shelepova, a private individual; e-mail for enquiries: info@shellhappybody.com (the “Operator”).
1.3. The Policy is publicly available. You can read it at any time while using the Site.
2. What data we collect
2.1. Through the request form: your name or how to address you; a contact for reply — Telegram username, phone number or e-mail address; the selected program; your message, if you leave one.
2.2. Automatically: technical cookies required for the Site to work. If web analytics are enabled — anonymised visit data (device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source).
2.3. We do not request or process special categories of data — information about health, religious or political views. Please do not include them in your message. Health details relevant to classes are better discussed in person.
3. Why we process them
To answer your request and contact you the way you chose; to select a program and agree on format and schedule; to conclude and perform a services agreement; to improve the Site based on anonymised statistics.
No marketing mailings are sent without separate consent.
4. Legal grounds
Your consent to personal data processing, given separately when submitting the form; an agreement to which you are a party, or steps taken at your request before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(1) and (5) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
5. How we process data
5.1. Processing includes collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification, use, deletion and destruction of data — with or without automation.
5.2. Data of Russian citizens are recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.
5.3. Data are not sold or transferred to third parties except as required by law. Technical contractors — the hosting provider and the request-handling service — access them only to operate the Site and are bound by confidentiality.
5.4. If you choose to communicate via a messenger, the conversation takes place in that service and under its terms.
6. Retention
Data are kept as long as needed for the processing purposes, but no longer than 3 years from your last contact, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first. Contract-related data are kept for the periods required by law. After that, data are destroyed.
7. Your rights
You may find out which of your data are processed and why; request that they be corrected, blocked or deleted if they are incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully; withdraw consent; appeal the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

8. Data protection
The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction of data: a secure connection (HTTPS), restricted access to requests, passwords and two-factor authentication in the services used.
9. Cookies
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The Site will keep working, but some features may become unavailable.
10. Changes
The Operator may update this Policy. The new version takes effect when published on this page.

1. About the Site
1.1. The Site presents classes by Anastasia Shelepova — body practices, Spanish, communication and aromatherapy — and lets you leave a request.
1.2. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information and prices
2.1. Program descriptions and prices on the Site are for information only and are not a public offer. Content, schedule and price of classes are agreed with you individually before work starts.
2.2. A request does not oblige you to pay for services: it is a chance to get acquainted and discuss your needs.
3. Health and safety
3.1. Classes are not medical, psychotherapeutic or other treatment and do not replace a doctor’s consultation.
3.2. If you have chronic conditions, injuries, are pregnant or have other health considerations, consult a doctor before starting body practices and let the teacher know.
3.3. Essential oils may cause allergic reactions. Test your tolerance before use; during pregnancy, for children and with respiratory conditions — only after consulting a specialist.
3.4. You choose your own load and may stop at any moment if you feel discomfort.
4. Site materials
4.1. Texts, photos, videos, class programs and recordings belong to Anastasia Igorevna Shelepova unless another rights holder is indicated. They may be copied, distributed or used commercially only with written permission.
4.2. Reviews are published with their authors’ consent. If you are the author of a review and want it removed, write to info@shellhappybody.com.
5. Liability
5.1. The Site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee this — for example, in case of hosting or network failures.
5.2. Results of classes are individual and depend on regular practice and a person’s condition. Described effects and reviews are not a guarantee of results.
5.3. Links to third-party resources (Telegram, Instagram, registration forms) lead to services that operate under their own rules.
6. Final provisions
6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner prescribed by law.
6.2. These Terms may be updated. The new version takes effect when published on this page.
